NCNS Ltd (trading as NCNS Data Networks) is a data network and structured cabling contractor. Registered in England, Company No. 06897686. Registered office: 39 Oldfield Road, Sheffield, S6 6DS.

When you contact us through the enquiry form, by phone or by email, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to deliver and administer our services. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you initiate) and, where a contract follows, performance of that contract.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or send you marketing you haven't asked for. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Where your data lives
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Enquiry details you send us are received into our business email and, where relevant, our quoting and job-management records. We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
